Data accessed

Through Google and YouTube APIs, Mulki Live Controller may access data needed to operate the owner's YouTube channel, including:

• channel information;
• live broadcasts;
• live streams;
• video metadata;
• broadcast status;
• stream health; and
• analytics and performance data, only when the corresponding OAuth permissions have been granted.

Data use

Data is used only to:

• manage the owner's live broadcasts;
• plan and start live programming;
• update metadata and thumbnails;
• monitor broadcast status and stream health;
• analyze content performance; and
• automate operations for the owner's channel.

Data storage and security

OAuth credentials are stored on a protected server and are not published. Operational and analytics data may be stored locally as needed to run the automation and support historical analysis. Access is restricted to the application owner and authorized operator.

Data sharing

Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties, except as necessary to operate the Google and YouTube APIs or when disclosure is required by law.

Data retention

Operational and analytics data may be retained for as long as needed for application operations and historical analysis. The owner of the connected Google Account may revoke the application's OAuth access at any time through Google Account permissions. When access is revoked, the application can no longer retrieve new Google user data under that authorization.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Mulki Live Controller's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
